Farm Worker
Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Farm Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the farm, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and caring for crops and/or livestock. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant, weed, water, and harvest crops.
- Feed, care for, and monitor livestock (if applicable).
- Operate and maintain basic farm tools and machinery.
- Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and general farm upkeep.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Carry out other farm duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous farm experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Ability to perform physical labor and work long hours, including weekends when needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
