Day-to-Day Duties
As an Egg Packer, your daily responsibilities will include:
Egg Packaging & Sorting: Inspect eggs for quality, sort them according to size, and pack them into trays, cartons, or crates for storage and shipment.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate logs of daily production, defects, and packed quantities.
Farm Housekeeping: Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing workstations, packaging areas, and surrounding farm facilities.
Health & Safety: Follow strict hygiene and safety regulations as per Dutch food safety standards.
Machinery Assistance: Support in operating basic farm equipment or conveyor systems as required.
Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily production and export targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- General labour experience, ideally in farming, warehousing, or factory environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Willingness to work weekends, flexible shifts, and public holidays.
- Prior farm or poultry experience is a strong asset.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Must be eligible and willing to relocate under a sponsored visa arrangement.
