Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks, buses, or delivery vans across provinces and cities.
- Perform cross-border deliveries (U.S. & Canada) where required.
- Load, secure, and unload goods in accordance with safety procedures.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Keep detailed trip logs, fuel records, and cargo documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian transport regulations, including Hours of Service (HOS).
- Provide safe, reliable, and professional service to clients and passengers.
Requirements
- Valid Canadian-equivalent driver’s license.
- Minimum 1 years of professional driving experience (truck or passenger).
- Strong command of English or French.
- Physically fit and able to handle long shifts, including overnight trips.
- Knowledge of road safety rules and Canadian weather-related driving conditions.
- Clean driving record with no DUI or major violations.
