The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Factory Mechanical Pipefitter to join our growing team at our Dundalk site. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a progressive and dynamic company. The role will focus on the assembly of prefabricated pipework modules and plantrooms in a state-of-the-art factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble prefabricated pipework and plantroom equipment.
• Work from schematic and assembly drawings to complete installations.
• Position and install support bracketry and pipework across varying module designs and sizes.
• Perform pressure testing on completed installations.
• Carry out related mechanical tasks such as bolt torquing, insulation block installs, threaded rod capping, and additional bracketry installation.
• Support other areas of the assembly yard when required.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all tasks.

What You Need to Have

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a mechanical industry role involving similar duties.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic and assembly drawings.
• Own basic set of mechanical tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
• Flexible and willing to assist in other areas when needed.

What Would Be an Advantage

• Full UK driving license.
• Valid CSR card.
• Current forklift license.
• Overhead crane or elevated work platform (EWP) license.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ).
