We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Cleaners to join our team in Luxembourg. As a cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness across offices, hotels, residential complexes, warehouses, and public facilities. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming designated areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and work areas.
• Removing trash, recycling, and disposing of waste safely.
• Performing deep cleaning tasks (windows, carpets, high-dust areas) as scheduled.
• Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting shortages.
• Following safety and hygiene standards strictly.
• Reporting any damages, hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors.

This is a physically active job, and you will need the ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle cleaning equipment.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

This is a visa-sponsored position, open to both local and international candidates. Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Age: 21 – 45 years (preferred).
• Education: No formal degree required; basic literacy in English or French is an advantage.
• Experience: Prior cleaning experience (residential, hotel, or industrial) is desirable but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Skills:
  • Physical stamina and ability to work on feet for long hours.
  • Good communication skills (basic English or French).
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.

  • Valid passport (minimum 1 year validity).
  • Police clearance certificate (good conduct).
  • Medical fitness certificate.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: €2,700 – €3,100 gross (as per Luxembourg’s legal minimum wage).
• Overtime Pay: Additional pay for overtime, weekends, and night shifts.
