We are hiring motivated and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our hospitality teams in Luxembourg. As a waiter/waitress, you will be the face of the restaurant or hotel, ensuring guests receive excellent service and have a memorable dining experience.

Your duties will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables.
• Presenting menus, taking food and drink orders accurately.
• Serving meals and beverages professionally and on time.
• Advising guests on menu selections, daily specials, and wine pairings.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints politely.
• Processing payments (cash, credit, or POS systems).
• Clearing tables and preparing them for the next guests.
• Maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas.
• Following all hygiene and food safety standards.

This role requires excellent communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

Medical fitness certificate.

Age: 21 – 40 years preferred.

Education: High school certificate or diploma in hospitality preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: Previous work as a waiter/waitress, restaurant staff, or in customer service is an advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Basic knowledge of English required; French or German is a big advantage.

Good personal grooming and presentation.

Team player with a customer-focused attitude.

Documents Required:

Valid passport (minimum 1 year validity).

Updated CV.

Police clearance certificate.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: €2,800 – €3,400 gross (plus tips and service charge).
• Tips: Additional income from tips is common in restaurants and hotels.
• Work Hours: Approx. 40 hours per week (shift system – evenings, weekends, and holidays included).
